PARENT VOLUNTEER FORM

Part of building a strong school community includes engaging our family members in volunteer opportunities. If you are interested in volunteer opportunities, such as being a field trip chaperone, story time reading to students, or helping with school events, please fill out the form.

For the safety of our students, all volunteers are required to complete a background safety check that will be valid for one school year. After completing the Parent Volunteer Form, parents should receive an email with directions on completing their background check.
